Scott is a partner in the Winston-Salem office of Turlington and Company, LLP.  He has more than 15 years experience in public accounting.

Scott has extensive experience with a wide range of tax issues.  Scott’s knowledge of tax laws has enabled him to work with a diverse cross section of clients.  Scott deals with tax clients ranging from individual filers to corporations.  In addition to tax work, Scott also performs compilations, reviews and audits.

Scott graduated from Pfeiffer University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree.  While at Pfeiffer, Scott was a member of the golf team.   He earned the designation of Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina in November of 1999.

Scott is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (NCACPA), and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).

Scott is married with three step-daughters.  In addition to his firm responsibilities, Scott has served as a United Way volunteer in the past.
